Beach Head was a critical hit when it was released in the 80s and it's easy to see why. Although the graphics are rudimentary but ambitious for their day it combines a wide range of different types of game play from ship navigation to shooting to driving into a single package. You'll need to steer your vessel to the island battle the enemy fleet there drive a tank during the assault and then take on the heavily defended enemy bunker to capture the island.
The controls are simple -- mostly you're just steering a vehicle and occasionally shooting -- and the sound is minimalist. Beach Head's 80s graphics and sound obviously can't hold a candle to modern equivalents but the core gameplay is fun and challenging.
There are other guns that you can use, but your best option is the machine gun. This should be used when there are several people in the area. If there are only a few attackers, you can use a smaller gun. Juggernaut Corps: First Assault Shipwreckers!
Moorhuhn Jagd Get Medieval Gromada. Explosions were crude at best. Transport trucks blew apart in large, chunky sections. Tank turrets merely popped off when hit. In all situations, blown-up shrapnel and dead troops disappeared almost immediately after being hit. Be the first! In this reviewer's opinion, what they were shooting for was a simple game that could effectively eat up hours of your day without you even knowing it. They definitely succeeded. If you are looking for mind-blowing realism, look elsewhere.
