No as your landing in Ireland and flying onto Poland. Duty-free will apply when you depart Dublin for the US. Berlin is actually in Germany. There are duty free shops in both Terminals but as you are on a through ticket you will not have access to your bags between flights so any duty free liquids unless they are under ml with be confiscated. Is it because both Ireland and Germany are EU countries?
I assumed they would bring it to me at the gate in one of those security sealed bags when I got on the plane to Berlin.
That's what they did last trip when we went through Geneva on the way to Madrid. Only difference I can see is Switzerland isn't EU. Still can't buy in Dublin though if final destination is Germany.
